Head question

Wanna do work on my heads..tell me if this is good

LT4 springs: 12495494
LT4 Retainers: 12495492
LT4 Locks:12495503
1.6 roller rockers..
and do i need to do pushrods?

or anything else i need?

I'm assuming this is for the stock cam? If so, those should work fine (though I didn't verify the part numbers). If you use self-aligning roller rockers, you can reuse the stock pushrods. If you go with NA rockers and guideplates, I would invest in hardened pushrods. Some earlier cars came with hardened from the factory, others didn't. $37 hardened pushrods would be fine for the application though

Edit: Get some new valve seals! If you do use guideplates get the GMPP ones (do a search for the part number here)
