can anyone help with make and part # for good head gasket ? thanks for any help.

We are going to need way more information on you combination before suggesting a head gasket. They come in different thicknesses and materials. If you are stock I would stay with a GM replacement, Victor Reinz, or Fel Pro equivalent.
