Head gasket or bad WP?

I recently had my water pump changed by this shop that's worked on my camaro's before. About a week and a half afterward I find that i'm missing coolant. So I figured maybe the guy didn't bleed it right so for the next three days I kept adding to it. Eventually I figured out I had another leak somewhere.

To make a long story short, found the coolant reservoir was leaking and I replaced it. I still am consuming the same amount of coolant as I was before as if changing the reservoir had no effect. I did notice some burn marks or hot water marks on the bottom of the weep hole when I investigated under the car, so i'm wondering if the WP is bad again or if maybe it's remanfactured...?

The only other thing I can think of is that it could be a head gasket because we do notice some vapor in the exhaust...but there isn't any white smoke.

Also another thing...the car can't holding a charge above the red line...i've replaced the starter, battery and alternator but it still has trouble starting. It also sometimes has trouble holding idle. I think it is the positive cable where it connects to the battery is all corroded...could this be it?

Thanks
~Kevin
