head and cam package

i am about to purchase my head and cam upgrade (other mods in the signature) and i came across a guy named brian tooley on the internet.

http://www.totalengineairflow.com/pr...head/index.htm

his website claims he has an 11 second head and cam package with stock lt1 heads P&P. the flow numbers look pretty good on the link but 11 seconds?? thats an extreemly bold claim. any way has anyone ever heard of or used total engine air flow?? an 11 second car for only 1800 bucks seems really hard to pass up. the cam specs are not listed but i called and talked to brian himself and he told me he uses a custom grind 231/231 with a 112 lsa. i dont know the overall lift. sounds like a decent grind to me. i am trying to keep emissions in check and will be using pcmforless. just looking for some input to see if someone can stop me from making a costly mistake. thanks.

I'd preffer RWHP claims myself not timeslips, you can drop a second by going with suspension, tires, or TC for tranny, timeslips are useless IMHO if you want to know how fast your car is, timeslips show how quick it is thats all.

you could definently run in the high 11's with TEA set up with good traction.
