Question Have a manual? Help...I am away from mine

I am away from my manual and have to reinstall my transmission tomorrow morning. I need to find out what the torque specs are for the:

1. PP housing
2. trans adapter housing
3. trans-to-adapter housing
4. trans cross member
5. U-jpint retainer clips/straps

Thanks
