have fuel in my oil HELP
have fuel in my oil HELP
Shoebox narrowed my problem down to fuel in my oil (Black smoke, flooding, sudden low oil pressure, thin oil, and dip stick shows 2-3 quarts OVER FULL)
any suggestions on what causes this and how to correct it?
(can't be fuel pressure regulator cause i just replaced it)
thanks, rus

Leaking fuel injector? I had this happen to me recently. The car stumbled very bad, and I waited to check it out. A week later I tried to start the car and the whole starter broke in half, cause the motor was hydrolocked (fuel injector stuck open)
The way you've described the problem elsewhere (not good to "split" threads up into multiple parts - no one know all the facts and responses), this isn't a simple problem of a single leaky injector, unless its locked wide open, and then you would hydro-lock, as in the post above. You've got something pouring fuel into the engine... excessive fuel pressure, faulty MAF reading, faulty MAP reading, spikes in the TPS voltage.
Shoebox also told you how to check for a leaking inectors and for a faulty fuel pressure regulator. Have you made those checks yet? What are the results of those checks?
Have you had a scan done on the engine? How the O2 sensors and long term fuel corrections are behaving will point to possible causes.

Shoebox told you how to check the injectors in response to the exact same question in your other thread:

When you ask for help, and someone tries to help you, you owe them the courtesy of at least reading the response.

give me a break please
the problem has been pinpointed.....
i pulled the injectors out, hit the key, and tadaa , one is stuck wide open, and another comes out a little bit, and the rest, none
stuck injectors causing fuel to get in oil causing low oil pressure and engine to flood.... another job well done by shoebox
thanks everybody

i understand if your trying to help me but it sounds like your trying to be a smarta$$ with the "
" face behind your statement. sorry if i misunderstood
I guess you just don't get it..... guys like Rob/Shoebox are the first ones to help around here, and its a huge waste of time for them to post an answer and then have it ignored. He could have helped someone else, but he chose to help you. You ignored him, when he gave you the correct answer right up front.
