Have a car problem please help

Well its me again with another car problem i have a lt1 with a few mods lately my car while just driving around town and sometimes when accelerateing will just died . I have to wait about 15 minutes and it will start back up. It has fire just wont start ,you can smell fuel when trying to start so both of those ruled out. When i hook it up to my snap on it tells me mass air flow recirculation but the mass air sensor is brand new any ideas. also the snap on says Too Few Ic Low Resulution. and would the o2 sensors have anything to do with it i got like 1 bad sensor. please help . 1997 z28 camaro 350 bored 40 over ,borla exhaust, eldebroch headers , automatic transmission with 3500 stall and shift kit ,373 gears .
