Re: Has anyone put this exhaust on there car?

personally i think its way over priced, and if it has good clearance then it would be sweet, but honestly if you go buy the mufflers and x-pipe im sure you could get a muffler shop to do it for cash after hours..... and for about 175$ at the most since theres not any complicated bends

just my thoughts

It's a really good set-up. That is my friend Kyle's site. He is a really good guy, plus that's his Z-28 that you see in the pics of the X-Pipe. If you would like to talk to him about it go on our club board www.scfyb.com and PM "ZEEYA". Hope this helps.

The ground clearance is real good. http://fbodyjunk.com/IM000350.JPG
Im aiming up just so you can see it. I should have a sound clip by tonight. As far as the price goes. You will have right at $400.00 in a dual exhast system including shipping. This kit is mandrel bent also.
This kit has not been tried on a LT1. We are waiting to get one local to install it on. Im sure it will work. with a little modification. The biggest problem is the LS1 header on the drivers side has a angle on it. Im sure we will have a kit for the LT1 soon. We have a guy with edelbrock shortys. Hes getting the kit. And making it work. I will let you know how it turns out. But Ive heard over and over from shops that you can't put duals on a camaro. This is proof that you can.

I did a similar one from a dr. gas universal kit. 3 1/2 into the X-pipe 3" out into spintech mufflers. The kit takes about six hrs., but this is the second one I have done, it is a pain in the a$$ by yourself....

The long tube on the drivers side LS1 is angled different. If you can get it bent it should work. All we need is the angle of the bend and we can add it with the kit. We just need a LT1 car to test it. As far as where it meets the headers everything should work fine.

Hey Kyle, I already have duels on mine, but if you need a LT1 Car for measurements, let me know and I will drive on up to help you out.
