hard starting and stumbling

Car starts very hard (take's three try's to start) it will also stumble und hard accleration. the car is a 96 z28 97,000

My car used to do the same thing, turns out I had a leaking fuel pressure regulator and when I let the car sit fuel would leak into the intake through the vaccum line.

Wouldn't hurt to check out.
