Car starts but with giving it gas. It will idle real low and eventually cut off.
I tried hooking up my scan tool but it's states car not responding. I then used a jumper wire (93Z) to A and B and still nothing. The Service Engine Soon is on. Any ideas?

 

You've given us pretty much no information about your car and modifications.

If you have an aftermarket chip in your car, try taking it out and putting the stock one in to see if it fixes it.

 

The chip is from pcmforless. The car has ported heads, larger intake/exhaust valves, Slp mid length headers, no cat, flowmaster exhaust.
I've run the scan tool on it before with the chip with no problems, but I will remove it to see if that does the trick to getting the codes.
Man from one day to the next this problem just jumped on me, I'm wondering
if it's the fuel pump or my opti.

 

Might want to get a fuel pressure guage and see what shows up after you start it...sounds like it's probably fuel related to me.
