Hard start and stumbling problems, please help

If I let it set overnight or longer it is very hard to start, it seams like its flooding and it smokes more than it should but in a few mins it starts running better. It done this for a long time. It has a stumble all the time also, Some of it could be cam surge because the stumble is mainly with cruse controll on and when it decelaration.
So far I replaced:
O2s, 3 sets of front O2s
wires and plugs
MAF
Opti, one new one, and a like new that ran great with about a 1000 miles
another motor with about 1000 miles on rebuild
water temp sencer, both of them
opti harness
new gm coil
Went to OBD 1 that ran geat in the in with new motor before it was pulled out

The power is down on both motors also.
It does the same thing with the new motor as the old motor.
What do i need to get this thing right?

I had the same problem, hard starting and would blow alot of fuel out when it did. stumbled as well once it did start. My fuel pressure regulator took a dump on me and was allowing extra fuel to enter the manifold through that vacumn line into the intake. Pop that vacum line and see if there is a bunch of fuel in it-if so, replace that regulator and hopefully your problem is fixed.

You might wanna look at your injectors. I'd check the resistance on them to make sure they're all the same. And you might wanna get it scanned if you haven't already.

I just installed a new set of aftermarket injectors and a new 58tb also. Still does the same thing.
I have a fuel pressure gauge under the hood and say today I go and look at the gauge with it not running for a day or 2 and it's at 40psi, and i do the same thing tomorrow its at 20psi. Not sure why.
I have checked the vaccum line before and didn't smell anything but will check it again.
I just ordered a cable for my laptop and it should here next week so I can scan it and the SES light does not come on either.
Anybody else?
