Hard to start and hesitates while crusing.
If I crank it up in the morning it will start fine. However, if I go somewhere, turn it off, and try to turn it back on 10 mins later it will turn over slowly and wont start like it has no juice. Then if I just wait a few more minutes or an hour it will start back up again.
Also, whne I'm crusing it seems to hesitate, but when I get on it I don't feel it. I got codes 16, 33, 43, 44, and 64 but those don't say anything about a misfire. And I've had those codes for a while, but these problems just started occuring.

It seems that you may have a fuel pressure issue. 44, 64 codes indicates lean. #33 indicates, that there may be a vacuum leak somewhere, but with that cam it may be normal.

Well how come for the first few days it ran fine?
By the way, the MAP sensor wasn't plugged in all the way cause the snap clip broke off. However, I cleared the computer today and I didn't get an SES for about an hour. Then it started coming on again, but its not as bad as it was before.
