Is it hard to replace the bearings on an ac compressor?

Do I need any special tools?

Never done it but I have an ac compressor from my recent HVAC delete and will sell it to you for $60+shipping.

Im not even sure if the compressor is really servicable.

i offer 10+shipping for the compressor. Used ones have a reputation for not working when theyve been sitting. If you want to free up the space, send me a pm.

That sounds like a decent offer but I needed it done right away. I paid $300+ and that was with a gm employee discount. List was $500+ for the part alone.
