Had a loose Spark Plug~Could it have cause any damage?

The plug was the first plug on the driver's side. I do not know how long it has been losse for but It was really losse and could be tightened or loosened by hand. I tightened it up with a ratchet and I felt an immediate horsepower gain after. Is their any chances I could have damaged something or a result of it?

well the threads aren't damaged if you could thread it by hand. And since it wasn't all the way out nothing to in there. Other than maybe the sparkplug itself possibly being fouled from the poor combustion I wouldn't sweat it. Glad you found the problem and it was a free fix!

I had one go loose on me... couldnt tell power wise though, I looked under a few days after the header install, tighten the bolts again and such and when I started her, I seen that one rattling loose a lil.... no problems since though....
