Had a fire have wiring issues

My car had a fire underneath last month and I just got it back yesterday It torched some of the o2 wire and plug on the drivers side and the tranny wire,My question is witch wire on the vehicle harness plug corrospnds to witch wire on the o2 senser? My buddy bought a msd weather tite plug and installed it on the factory harness and then installed the other end on the o2 sensor im not sure he did it right as its now got a rough idle and doesnt want to stay alive. If some one with a 95 could check there factory harness and tell me how the colors line up left to right while looking at the clip side of the factory harness that would be great, and then witch color they corrospond to on the o2 sensor I could double check his work. Im sorry for the long post, this situation is killing me. took it to the track last night and it kept tagging the rev limiter ,could the burned tranny wire cause this? it lookes like the wire is ok but it is burned. thanks
