Heard a lot of people have been having alignment issues with guide plates due to the valve spacing on the heads. Anyone have any part numbers on ones that work? I have a set of Comp Cams guide plates in a box, can't find them and may need to re-order a set that works if these dont.

 

I used TFS 30400623-8 on my 383 with Trick Flow pushrods, and didn't have any alignment issues.

 

I have a set of AFR guideplates that came on my heads. I pulled them off since I use shaft mounts. Id take $25 shipped for them. PM me if you want em.

 

i use and always have used 200-AGP isky adjustable guideplates for SBC put them were you need them and if you need to you can grind down the ends to give you extra clearence run them on my .605 lift hyd. roller never had a problem yet.

 

Adjustable, Trickflows mentioned and GM guideplates (14011051) all work.
