GTECH'd my car lastnight
GTECH'd my car lastnight
Well i got ahold of my brothers GTECH and we went out to run my car
i took out my spare tire and jack for a lil weight reduction and there is me (117 lbs.) and my older bro (150ish)
plus a full tank of gas
I ran 3 0-60 runs
I have a stock Z, 95' with 53K on it and K&N cone filter
A4
i ran 5.89, 5.76. and 5.65!
i did some small launches and it was pretty sick, i also did the HP to the wheels which was 237, (Not too shabby for the stocker)
i also did a quarter mile run but it wasn't on a flat surface it was a lil uphill
i somehow ran 14.4 at 101?
anyways what do you guys think about those times
???

Re: GTECH'd my car lastnight
Those are about the times to expect from a stock car. Just for a reference, whem my car only had an intake and some flowmasters, I g-teched a 14.2@104. But at the track I ran a 14.1@100. As long as you use a flat surface it should be correct to the tenth of a second, the trap speed will almost always be a couple of mph higher than what you'll see at the track tho. Now that you have a baseline, it's time to start modding!
