Green wire on the drivers side spark plug harness?

Green wire on the drivers side spark plug harness?
Hey, I by accident ripped out a green wire that was on the drivers side spark plug holder with the spark plug wires, im not quite sure where it goes and its stopping the car from starting... Is this just a ground?
