Just spent all day replacing spark plugs and wires on my car.
Ngk tr55ix and granatelli wires from summit racing..
94 Camaro 383
Msd opti and msd blaster coil

When i use the granatelli coil wire, car barly starts and shuts off after a few seconds if it manages to turn over. Did nothing but replace the coil wire with my msd coil wire, starts and runs fine. Did this multiple times same result.

Does our cars or this coil opti combo just not like the 0 resistance coil wire, or bad wire?. Maybe summit will warranty just the coil wire...

 

If I remember correctly (been many years) I too could not use the coil wire.
