got pricing for an opti

got pricing for an opti

called stedelbauer (a chevy dealer) for an opti and coil for our cars, he said the opti was 17x.xx and coil was 90.xx in canadian funds.... i thought the opti was much more expensive??? could he have gotten a price for the wrong part or...?

It's a good possibility he got the wrong part number. If he has the RIGHT number, I'd say we need to let Sam and the others that we've been using that they have some competition. Even with out of country shipping I think that's cheaper than in the states. Double check with one of the main 2-3 used here (search for the names and numbers as I have forgotten them), and see if they can give you the actual part number for it, then you can ask your dealer about it.

I just got my opti from Jason Cromer for $228 (un-vented) with shipping, and I think the vented one is around $190. If you do a search you can find his #.

ok well the opti is the distributor in our car, thats its function right??

what is the part number for an opti that fits a 1993 LT1. I'll compare this with their part number in the morning
