Unhappy Got my Car Back...but still 1 issue now!

Well the car seems to be running strong as it ever has by far, but I am experiencing a problem. I just put on Mac header's then stripped my Spark Plug Hole in the Head and had to have the passenger side head removed and maching shopped. The car was then put back together with a felpro 9966pt gasket(stock replacement, however 0.039 thickness).

Now when driving the car I am getting a vibration in the pedal at 2300-2400RPMS's at all speeds in every gear. I do not know what it could be, any idea's?

The other gasket on the other side is stock.....I am super tight on funds right now and needed the car running. I really don't see how a gm gasket on one side and fel-pro gasket on the other side would make the pedal vibrate . The gaskets are identicle with the felpro only 0.010 thickness difference.

Was your engine out? It's a typical problem with the 4th gens to have driveshaft vibration. Maybe it's the stock drive shaft that didn't get reinstalled properly?

I noticed it on my car when I bought it new, it would do it from about 1900 RPM-2300 rpm. Never bad enough to move the pedal though.

Just a thought.

It doesn't vibrate teh car real bad but I feel a vibration in the pedal, I guess like a small vibration that like an spinbrush makes, or a ps2 controller.

Oh steroman I got my mac's install with identical setup to yourself and it is beyond awsome and more of a difference than the converter, gears, and programming did. The car pulls HARD.

Glad to hear it. Sounds awesome too doesn't it.

Do you have a cat in your system?
