Got a miss, specific details inside

Okay, let me go back to the beginning... my car sat with a dead battery for about 1 month. I finally started it up after getting LTs and true duals that's when I started noticing it really, on the way to the exhaust shop. At first I figured the car was getting used to having no cats, but I later discovered it was an ignition related miss (while getting dyno tuned)... It only misses when the car is warmed up. My dyno tuner told me that my Crane Hi-6S box took a dump... I replaced it with an MSD digital 6. Still missing. So I replaced my stock coil (which had about 15k on it) with an MSD PN# 8231 blaster coil and it's still missing. The wires appear to be all good, the car has new NGK TR-6 plugs. The optispark is a vented unit that I got from Jason Cromer about 6-8k miles ago, I am pretty sure it's not the opti... Tell me this, can an ignition control module (ICM) cause these problems? I'm starting to think it's the ICM. It is spaced from the head because it is bolted to my supercharger bracket but I'm thinking it may have just gone bad. If not, what else could it be???
