Got $200, SFC's or LCA's ?

Im leaning toward LCA's to help me at the track. But how much will they help? With the setup I have now I spin a lot. But I wanted to get SFC's to help keep the car sturdy and keep some of the rattling down with T-tops.

Any suggestions?

I have BMR SFCs but definitely the subframes first. There is much more of a difference to be had with SFCs over LCAs.

If you go with LCAs then I would recommend getting some LCA brackets.

LCAs won't give you better grip but they will make the car stay straighter and easier to control when you spin.
But for a street car I would do SFCs first.

If you go with the BMR SFCs, get the ones for the convertibles. They have more welding points and are very good. With the money you save over the Kenny Browns, you can get some BMR LCAs... You need both. The SFCs will help keep the car from getting damaged. The LCAs will just help with wheelhop/traction. SFCs first, LCAs second...

SFC's should always be one of the first mods you do. It helps keep the integrity of the car for all the other mods you do.

Sounds like you need relocation brackets more than LCA's if you are spinning too much.
