Good set of 30 lbs injectors??

I am looking to do a few major mods and I need to upgrade my injectors. My speed shop guy says to go with Ford SVO 30 lbs injectors. I know I may be stuburn when I say this but i don't want any part made by Ford to be in my LT1. Are there any comparable alternatives, I was thinking of going with 36 lbs SLP injectors but I have herd nothing good or bad. Any helpful advise will be appreciated.

By the way, the future mods are Ported and Polished LT1 heads, Ported and Polished LT4 intake manifold, custom grind cam, 58mm TB, Longtube Headers, and not right away but in the near future 396 or 402 stroker kit.

Injectors need to be matched to the motors hp out. Putting those 36 lbs in a stock motor now is wasting your money. Spend it on a cat back system or a set of gears first.

Ford does not make injectors. They are made by Bosch.
They are usually an old pintle design. That is why the disc injector is becoming more popular.

Re: Good set of 30 lbs injectors??

i use accels matched with a walboro 255lph fuel pump, and i havent even come close to having any kind of a fuel issue. I remember reading somewhere that are only like 2 companies that make fuel injectors...i am pretty sure that bosch pretty much makes everything. It's kinda like batteries, there are really only 3-4 companies that make all batteries they just slap different labels on them. I love brand name recognition!!
