Good price needed

Posted this in the Forced Induction forum a little while ago. Maybe I'll get more response here.

I'm considering selling my current ride. 1997 Pontiac Trans AM WS6 with the mods in my sig plus a few unlisted ones. The car has 75K miles on it (all highway since I live 30 miles from work and 15 miles from anything else). The only flaw on the whole car is a cracked upper dash. Would $13,500 be acceptable? I'm not sure if I want to sell it yet, but I'd like to know what I can expect if I should decide to.

Thanks

IMO you would be better selling the supercharger,headers/orp,tb,injectors,1.6rr, separately.

dont expect to get more than Kelly blue book prices though. even with all your "mods"
personally i would not buy a used s/c lt1 with a stockbottom end.

FWIW kelly blue book price is $10,200

Better than what I expected. I may pull everything off, put it back to semi-stock form and sell all my mods. Like I said, I'm not sure yet. I would think I could probably get $2000 for the SC stuff.

i would not recommend trading it in. you will get screwed.
when i bought my car in 2001 it had 62K miles on it
it is 96Z vert/black leather/loaded/excellent condition
i paid $10,400
i drove it a few months and pulled on to lot and tryed to trade it in, the only could give me $7500 for it
i said forget that and modded it.
it will be lots better to sell it straight out.

As stated above I would consider parting it out. I tried selling my 93 last year with more mods and similar miles for $13,000 and no one budged.
