Iam curious what are a good set of heads for the LT1?

Or you could just have the stockers ported for half the cost by lloyd elliot or advanced induction

The LT1 has the best heads GM made to the date it was produced outflowing all smallblock heads that came before them even the GM made race stuff and big valve musclecar era stuff. People don't give them enough credit. Port them and they will support all but wild 350s and mean strokers.

unless its something disgustingly radical, you cant go wrong with an lt1/4 core

If your looking for the best? AFR, but if you get some lt4's and have L.E. or A.I. port them it will be close. The stock castings can go along way when the guys i mentioned before do a full port job and a custom cam. Or if you get some afr's then send those to llyod or AI. That is about as goods as it gets unless you convert some 15 or 18 degree sbc heads to reverse cooling.
