Question good head/cam/intake for a daily driver

I know its been asked a 1000xs and I know you can do a search and find stuff out but when I do a search I can never seem to find anything.

My car is approaching a 100k and I wanna freshen the car up a bit. I want to install a great head/cam/intake combo that will give me great gains but yet still streetable because this car is driven daily. Any ideas? ALso how much will a setup like this run me and what else is needed? Thanks!

That's a pretty simple goal IMO - it's what most are after .

Streetable is subjective, but most stick to the low 230deg range on the intake for daily drivers & with tuning you should still get pretty good fuel mileage depending on how you drive. Typically we see a drop in city mileage where there's constant acceleration, but the hwy mileage should remain @ 20+ in manual cars in my experience

Depending on what you're after you shouldn't have any issues building a 2000-6000rpm 380-400rwhp setup with a small ~220deg duration cam, or if you don't want to go mild you can also get up into the 430-440rw range & still drive it daily. It will however be "noticeable"

Good Luck
