good deal?

I am trying to put together a list of parts to do a cheap yet efficient 1.6 Roller Rocker upgrade and i came across these...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LT1-V...QQcmdZViewItem

ARe they any good? and would that be a good deal? After that what else would i need to run 1.6 Self aligning rockers on a pretty much stock engine?

I did a search and most parts lists were intimidating and looked to be for bigger plans then i have so thats why im posting...

thanks

some ppl on here dont know much bout the Proform rockers..most are just Comp Cam or Crane fans
with 1.6 rockers you will need to upgrade ur valve springs to LT4s if you dont plan on cammin the car

I actually just got buyin everything to do the swap on my car..i bought Crane Rockers off a member on here, and bought all the springs and other stuff from work...then i bought the expensive crane tool to swap out the springs

My bet is that you'll be after a cam sooner or later, so i'd do it right the first time with promags and good spings etc.

so Lt4 springs locks and retainers would do fine for just 1.6 self aligning roller rockers? I really dont think im going to be doing a cam anytime for at the next four years (college) and im just trying to get some nice added power
