Arrow good or bad to remover the rev limiter?

I was thinking of getting mine removed due to my 2-3 shift under WOT. Will not shift after the rebuild at all unless i let off the gas some then get back on it. So, if i remove it, will the rpm's keep going up or will it shift eventually?

Thanks
Mike

No. You would be running the risk of over revving and then floating a valve. Our engines aren't the same as an RX7 or an S 2000. You need to look into something else as to why your car is not shifting. I'm not exactly sure, but I'm sure someone knowledgable enough here can tell you. Good luck.

I might raise it to 6000, but I wouldn't go any further than that.
