Callies offers cranks that are made totally in the US, as well as cranks that are forged in China (Compstar) to Callies specs, then machined by Callies in the US.

I have seen good things from Callies cranks. Heard good things about Lunati. all depends on your budget. SCAT cranks may be from china but the key areas where the eagles have broke seem to be substantially thicker. if i were the one to build an engine and had a limited budget i would go SCAT. if my budget was a bit larger i would go Callies.
