What are you running for a fuel system and injectors?

Post some pics of the plugs.

Re: Going through spark plugs w/ LTCC and supercharger.

I put in 42 lb delphi injectors and a racetronix high flow fuel pump and had madz28 tune the pcm for a supercharger, figured that was enough. What else should I do for more fuel? The plugs I took out are gapped at .045" which is what I gapped them too because the procharger manual said if you had a high output ignition you could get away with a .045" gap. The 1st plugs were at .035" so I figured I'd try something different anyways. Keep in mind the last set of plugs I took out were only in the motor for about 150 miles before they started misfiring. I'll try and put some pics up of both sets of plugs maybe saturday at some point, the 1st set I didn't # but it should still be useful to you guys. Thanks for the help so far

You disconnected the FMU that came with the kit, right?

8 psi isn't much but always use copper plugs

Correct. Installing the FMU seemed like the cheesy way of getting fuel and I thought it looked like a** so I never installed it and went with the bigger injectors and fuel pump and the tune to run the injectors properly. I still have it in the bag in my basement. Should I still install the inline pump they (Procharger) supplied or should my racetronix pump #RX-FLT1-FRWHG-2 be sufficient? I am only running 8 psi which according to my boost gauge ends up only being 6 psi when it gets to the intake manifold. I just realized looking through my records book for my car which has when I installed everything and at what mileage that my fuel pump and injectors were installed back in March of 2006 at 115,000 and my car currently has 118,400 which is kind of depressing, only 3,000 driven in 7 years

The 255 pump should be fine. Most of the pumps that comes with the supercharger kits actually flow less but up the pressure for the FMU.
