Going to port my stock TB
Going to port my stock TB
So, I found a deal on a stock TB, and for lack of better things to do, I think I'll buy it and port it. My only problem is, is I can't find any bigger throttle plates/blades to put in place of the stock ones. I want to find either some 52mm or 54mm blades, but I'm not having any luck at all. 3.125" would probably work, with porting it to 54mm, but, I'm having troubles finding blades that big too. The biggest I've found are 2" blades. Anyone know where I could get the right size throttle plates/blades?

So you're going to use a dremel to create a perfectly round hole, perfectly true in position to the throttle blade mounting holes, and cylindrical enough so that they can freely rotate within?
That is what lathes and/or mills are for, but not dremels...
