Going from 2.73 to 3.73 gears

I am planning on switching gears to 3.73s sometime this fall or winter. I have the crappy 2.73's now. With the stall converter and shift kit and with my mods, what kind of gains should a good set of 3.73's give me? Also what kind of estimate can you give me as far as 1/4 mile times go, if i switch to 3.73's. I think i am going to go with the Richmond 3.73's out of Summit Racing. Thanks for the input. Dustin

For me, going from 3.23 to 3.89 gave me about .3 sec. I would say that the switch from 2.73 would net you between .4 and .5. As for t he converter, I hear guys getting .4 with a stock car and good tires with a 3200 - 3400 stall.
