Actually, GMPP doesn't make any cams. Crane makes them for them. But you can call Crane and get them to make you a custom grind. I haven't done it, but guys who have say it is no more expensive than buying a regular production one, except that you have to wait a few weeks.
My only concern is that if you're asking this question, you probably ought to just buy a popular pre-designed cam.
