Getting No Power at all

Earlier i had a post on troubles getting my car to start. Well, turns out somehow the ignition wire in the fuse box inside the car had come lose and this is why no power was getting to the solenoid. On top of that it appears the theft deterrent relay is gone becuase i could get power to the yellow wire at the relay but not to the purple wire on the other side - also my relay switch would make a clicking noise if i put the key to the run position. Long story short, i decide to try and remove the relay and just jump it with a wire directly between the black>black/yellow and yellow>purple. AFter turning the key on i got NO lights, no nothing. So i took those out and put the relay back on, now when i turun the key to RUN i get nothing at all, if i click it up to the RUN positon my speedometer goes to 5mph then to 0 slowly and just keeps repeating that and i get no lights/accessories anywhere. So i checked allt he fuses including the fuse box under the hood and fuses all look fine. Any ideas?

EDIT: Well, i was getting 12.1 volts fromt he battery posts...now i'm getting 10.3. I'm thinking maybe i just fried the battery...i'll try giving it a jump.
