Getting the hub on to the balancer?

I cant seem to get the balancer on the hub (to seat on that ring) Any ideas?

Update, I stripped one of the threads on the hub trying to pry is on with the 3 bolts evenly, thats didn't work.

WHAT size bolt are the balancer bolts? I need to run a tap through it. 20 threads per inch?

I got the hub on, the bolts for the balancer are 7/16"-14 threads per inch.

The crankshaft is 20 threads per inch so don't assume they are the same!!!

Sorry, I could have told you what the bolts were, but I did not catch up to the post.

Guess you got it fixed up.

When I reinstalled mine I tried pulling it on with the stock bolts first too. I couldn't get them threaded in very far and one of the bolts stripped a couple threads off the end. I then found some thinner, longer bolts and put nuts and washers on the end and slowly pulled it on that way. I was a bit of a PITA. Are you sure the thread in the hub stripped or just the bolt? I think the bolts were made of a lesser grade steel, at least it seemed so since the bolt stripped on me and not the hub threads. After pulling it on with the longer bolts I cleaned up the thread on the one I stripped and was able to pull it on all the way with the stock bolts.

The hub threads stripped. I was able to unscrew the threads from the bolt... LOL. I tapped the hub and used a die set on the bolt and its fine now. I grinded down the edge of the circular part of the hub because I used a hammer to try and put the hub itself on and it ruined the very edge. I hope that didnt ruin the balancing, I bought a new hub already from somone online so the next time I take it off I can install the new one.

Should have lightly sanded the ID of damper and the section that it mounts to, and used anti-seeze for the next time.
