Ok i recently installed a LT1 into my 99 s10 and im getting a service engine soon light (go figure) and it is the air pump, and the quad control module. The air pump was my fault for not telling Ion to delete it but what is the quad control module. I know it has something to do with the tranny and 4th gear but can someone explain to me more specifically?

 

What year computer are you using? Only 1993s have the code for quad driver module.

 

i got the computer from Madwolf and its tuned to OBd 2

 

You need to provide the code. There is no such code for a quad driver module with OBD-II. Can't help you without specifics.

 

I know on the 93's if you remove your Air Pump and EGR Solenoid you will get quad driver module faults. You need to get a new tune with the Air pump and emisions stuff removed.
