Anyone know if they make a gear drive timing set for an LT1? Anyone have one in there car now if they do? I love the sound from them so if they are available Id want to do them with the hotcam.

Try Pete Jackson. You will have to modify the timing chain cover to clear the idler gears. Probably not a good idea, since it might cause havoc with the knock sensor.

 

you could if you go to an electric waterpump. it would most likely require some clearancing to the timing cover but i'm sure guys have done it.
unless you are using extreme valve spring pressures, you'd be better off with a good double roller chain on these motors. just my opinion though.
