gauge install

What wires do i connect the reverse glow gauges to I got them of ebay and i cant get it to work with the headlight switch

also now for some reason the regular gauge lights dont work either

I fixed the regular lights but i cant figure out how to get the gauges top come on with the headlight switch they just stay on all the time. What wires do I have to connect to
