Gas Mileage...

Right now with 2.73's I am probably getting like 250 miles out of a full tank. Any predictions on how my mileage will be after the gears get installed?

From: that place nobody knows
a rough estimate might be % gear increase to % mpg decrease

probably not an exact 1:1 ratio, but close enough

3.23/2.73 = 1.18
so you prob see a 10%-18% decrease in mpg

I went from 2.73s to 3.42s and saw almost no change in gas mileage.

Maybe its not the gears, and something commonly overlooked like the gas filter. Its worth a look.
