I couldn't tell you exactly, but lowering your gear ratio to 3.73 is a great idea along with at least a 2800 stall...you'll love the SOTP difference!

how do 3:73 affect your car if it's your daily driver, cause i'm thinking of putting in 3:73 or 3:42 's
Will it affect gas mileage? highway driving?

Neither...they drive great on my daily driver...to and from class all week and 200-300 miles every other weekend...

Just go with the 3.73's...you won't regret it! If there is any mileage loss, it won't make much of a difference from 3.42 to 3.73...plus if there is any loss at all its VERY minimal...

You would like the gains. You also get to learn how to launch all
over again lol I think it would be worth .2-3 tenths or so?

Add a stall, and you wouldn't believe it. IMO a GOOD stall is one of the highest bolt on hp mods you can get.

With a stall install you dont get hp gains, it just puts your car more into the power line.

It moves your torque band, and you will see a change in rwhp w/ it on a dyno. You will gain in the 1/8th as well. Vigi's are advertised as the best hp bolt on you can buy. I didn't actually mean a power adder.

I dropped .3 and gained 3MPH switching from 3.23's to 3.73's.

My Z is my daily driver and it mad almost no difference in gas milage (around the city) going from 3.23's to 3.73's. I really haven't done all that much highway driving with them yet though.
