Question Gains from Headers

I am about to have the following done to my car...:

Hooker Longtube headers
Hooker y pipe w/ no cats
Taylor Wires
NGK Plugs
Hypertech 160 stat
Custom Dyno Tuning

The above will all be courtesy of Speed Inc, out of Schaumburg, Illinois. I am curious what kind of gain i can expect, i already have the following mods pertaining to hp:

K&N CAI
SLP Loudmouth Cat-back
Holley 255lph fuel pump
ASP Underdrive Crank Pulley
t/b bypass
1LE intake elbow
MAF screen delete

I have heard wildly varying numbers for the mods from a lot of people, and would like somebody who really knows or has had it done to clarify. Do not need to take into consideration my current mods if not possible just even over stock gains would be helpful. Thank you for your time.

35 rwhp sounds feasable with the headers and dynotune.

Thanks. What should the car run? with only the intake it went 14.1. After i put the exhaust on it went 14.0. Since then i have added the pulley, free mods, sub-frames, 4.11 gear, and now the headers and everything. i will also be running slicks instead of my bald goodyear rs-a's. would i be unreasonable to expect a low 13?

not at all impossible. 13.1 - 13.5 if you drive it right.

that would make me a very happy man - but i will probably need to get acclimated to the car again, haven't been to the track in about a year and this time it's a different animal

You should gain about 20-25 rwhp since you already have a catback.

You can go easy mid 12's w/ headers and the mod's you speak of.. If you can hook it and drive the **** outta it.!!!. 12.90 easy w/o trying if the air is good..

Check out my sig, on the same dyno, same conditions...I went from having 283rwhp to having 310rwhp. What I added between these pulls was Jet-Hot long tube headers, Jet-Hot Y-pipe (no cats), SLP loudmouth, MSD 6AL. Pretty decent if you ask me.
