The answer to my old threads question
http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=520249
My few week old opti decided it didn't want to work anymore. Didn't throw any codes, didn't back fire, didn't run rough, and always started right up when it was cold. Once it got hot it would randomly cut out like I had turned the key off, and would refuse to start until it was cool again. I replaced the coil wire, ICM, coil, PCM (was getting a tune anyway), and even spaced the ICM from the head. Finally said its gotta be the opti. Opened it up, nothing was damaged, no fluids got in. Looked perfect. Replaced it and its been running fine.
So you guys hunting ignition problems just a fyi.
