I was wondering where the black wires that tie into the red power junction box on the pass side fender go to. I have a grounded wire messing things up but with out tearing the car apart and the taking off the plastic 1" wireloom I cant tell where it goes too. I heads down the fender and goes in front of the water resevoir then in front of the radiator and out of sight. I assumed it is going to the relay box on the drivers side of the car, is this correct??

They go lots of places...mostly to the fuse boxes in the engine compartment and in the dash.

If you have a constant problem, you can just check fuses to see what is being affected. Perhaps then, you can isolate the fusible links from the terminal and use a meter or test light to determine which one it is.
