Fuseable links...

Does anyone here have a picture of the fuseable links or can describe where they are. I had never heard of such things until now.

They will be burnt or at least very brittle. Best way may be unhook the from the stud and hold the other side before the link and give the lug a pull. If it feels streachy or comes apart in your hand you got a bad link. OR take a test light with a pointed end and stick the wire and see if it lights. Oh yeah stick it after the link away from the lug.
