This is funny! ignition issues.

Well this problem "started" after i installed my new taylor spark plug wires last year. Then oxygen sensors made it worse, but have since been fixed. At first the problem was barely noticeable, but now it still just keeps getting worse. Ive looked thoroughly for arcing and can never see any.

At first i thought it was just the wires but now its beginning to seem like a dying opti. Its a bad miss under throttle at <2250 RPM. Its really bad in 6th gear. While i may appear to be "*******" the throttle, this thing used to be a monster down low. Opti has 30k miles on it.

it also misses throughout the entire RPM range if the engine isnt quite up to temp (i never floor it cold). After that, in wide open throttle it doesnt miss... but doesnt seem like its running too great either.

here's the video:

The engine is coming apart in late july for a cam swap. I am thinking new wires and opti unless anyone knows exactly what it is because i am really tired of chasing this, and I REALLY dont feel like practicing those wires any more than i have to. On the other hand my "BS problem" budget is nearly maxed for this season already

I figure i could also test the opti when i yank everything for the cam swap, because it will be easier then.

Any thoughts?
