Funny Hiss Click Thing

When my car is cold or has just been started even when not cold it makes a really weird hissy clicky sound for about a minute but after that i dont hear it anymore. Whats the deal?

Could be the AIR pump. It runs for a few minutes on cold startup. It should not really click (except for the relay engaging). If it repetatively clicks, it might be getting sick.
