Full bolt on car?????

What all do I need to have a full bolt on car? I think im getting close and how much hp should i be putting to the wheels?

Im putting down 301RWHP, see my dyno sheet, the only thing I dont have is an electric water pump.

1.6 RR's too. Or arent these considered bolt on since the valve cover has to come off?
