Rough idle, and not running right, could it be the EGR system?
Besides to make your car run rich, what would a leaky EGR do? My Formula just got a fresh opti and waterpump, and now it runs rough at idle until about 2000 RPM or higher, then there is a slight miss here and there. Under WOT it is slightly weak and runs extremly rich. I am thinking at this point it may be the EGR system. I checked all the hoses and lines to the AIR pump and they look fine. Also, no codes were detected. Does anyone have any ideas on the EGR doing this? Or any other ideas of what it could be?
