the fuel pump should be making a sound... but I don't see how it is interfering with your speakers. If you sit in the driver's seat, you will hear a loud whining sound from the rear, but it is not coming through your speakers.

oh, and it's FUEL (just giving you a hard time)

you should really only be worried if you dont hear a sound.

The only thing that will interfere with your speakers is electricity. Sounds like you have a power wire running next to your speaker wire.

Does it sound kind of like a blower wine, and the sound increases with rpm, especially if the windows are up and its quiet in the cabin?

Oh ok...well I have absolutely no answer for it but if it makes you feel any better I have it in my 94z too but I just ignore it. Its fun to ignore things because instead of going crazy to fix them, you just wait till they break then you fix it.
P.S. I'm sure you've heard it already but its FOOL PUMP

Only reason I doubt that's the reason is because I have a stock sound system in my car, so I don't believe there are any rca's used. I'm pretty sure its not the fuel pump dying though because the wine is only inside the car, not outside. Good luck and let me know if you get to the bottom of it

I think you might be talkin about something else?

oh, and I wouldnt just replace the pump without taking it someplace or whatever, is probably something simpler than that
